Critter Sitter Is Now Part Of The Pet and Home Care Family!

Pet and Home Care, is proud to announce that Frederick County’s top pet sitting service Critter Sitter is now part of the Pet and Home Care family! The acquisition, which was completed in June 2021, expands access to a wider range of services for pet owners in Frederick, New Market, Linganore, Ijamsville, Urbana, and surrounding areas.

Ensuring a Smooth Customer Transition to Pet and Home Care

Led by Pet and Home Care Founder and CEO Tiffany Lewis, PHC’s team diligently worked behind the scenes to make sure that the transition for Critter Sitter clients moved as seamlessly as possible. Each customer has been assigned a new account in Pet and Home Care’s online Care with all information and instructions transferred securely. Through Care Central, customers can more easily manage their service schedules, care instructions, and billing. Care Central also offers customers peace of mind with updates and photos of their pets through electronic feedback reports, or as well call them PAWgress reports!

By joining the Pet and Home Care family, Critter Sitter clients also now have access to more services, including:

New Pet and Home Care clients also are immediately eligible for PHC’s client referral program. For every client that signs up for a new service that they refer, will receive a $25 credit to their account.
